Mariel and Brandon take a trip together every year. This year their daughter got to go, too.
I met up with them near the end of their vacation for this family session. Each of them was styled in all black and, walking along the streets of Paris, near the Eiffel Tower and past the Rodin Museum, they were like movie stars in their own love story; they were absolutely aglow against their Parisian backdrop and, playing “Ring Around the Rosie” in the Square d’Ajaccio, they laughed for the simple joy of experiencing it all together.
I may have felt a little starstruck. Maybe it was just Mariel’s incredible cape.
